Payment Terms<\/strong><\/h3><ul><li><strong>Remaining payment must be completed on or before the event date.<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Delay in payment may result in delay in delivery of photos\/videos.<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>All payments are non-refundable once booking is confirmed.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><h3><strong>3. Cancellation Policy<\/strong><\/h3><ul><li><strong>If client cancels the booking, the advance amount will not be refunded.<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>In case of date change, availability will be checked and adjusted (extra charges may apply).<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><h3><strong>4. Delivery Timeline<\/strong><\/h3><ul><li><strong>Photo delivery: 7\u201315 days<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Video delivery: 15\u201330 days<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Delivery time may vary depending on project size and workload.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><h3><strong>5. Editing &amp; Revisions<\/strong><\/h3><ul><li><strong>Basic editing (color correction, retouching) is included.<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Extra editing, album changes, or revisions may be chargeable.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><h3><strong>6. Working Hours<\/strong><\/h3><ul><li><strong>Standard working hours: 8\u201310 hours per day<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Extra hours will be charged additionally.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><h3><strong>7. Client Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3><ul><li><strong>Client must ensure proper permissions, venue access, and coordination.<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Any delay caused by client may affect coverage.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><h3><strong>8. Travel &amp; Accommodation<\/strong><\/h3><ul><li><strong>Travel, food, and stay (if required) will be borne by the client.<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Outstation shoots will include additional charges.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><h3><strong>9. Data Safety<\/strong><\/h3><ul><li><strong>We keep your data safe for 30\u201360 days after delivery.<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>After that, data may be deleted. Please take backup.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><h3><strong>10. Usage Rights<\/strong><\/h3><ul><li><strong>WeddiGrapher holds the right to use photos\/videos for portfolio, social media, and promotion.<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>If client wants privacy, it must be informed in advance.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><h3><strong>11. Unforeseen Situations<\/strong><\/h3><ul><li><strong>In case of emergencies (illness, equipment failure, natural issues), we will arrange a backup team or solution.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><h3><strong>12.
